The mission of the Greenwood Forest Homeowners' Association is to maintain property values by enforcing subdivision restrictions that require property owners to maintain a neat appearance of their homes and yards, as well as other restrictions that make the neighborhood attractive to visitors and safe for residents.
The cost of membership is $20 per year. If you wish to join, please send a check for $20 for the current year to P.O. Box 703 Ingram, TX 78025.
The HOA officers are volunteers who meet the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 P.M. Any HOA member is welcome to attend the meetings. A yearly meeting of all members is held in April and neighborhood garage sales are held the first Saturday of May and November. A list of officers' contact information is located on this website. The mailing address for the HOA is P.O. Box 703 Ingram, TX 78025 Email: email@example.com
Historically, during the spring and summer months, neighborhoods experience an elevated number of thefts from vehicles.
To combat this problem, we encourage residents to employ some basic preventative measures:
Lock your vehicles
Remove valuables from view
Do not leave any prescription medications or firearms in your vehicle
Park vehicles in the garage or driveway
Leave exterior lights on
Report any suspicious behavior to police during the overnight hours (911 or 830-367-2636)
