Greenwood Forest HOA

The mission of the Greenwood Forest Homeowners' Association is to maintain property values by enforcing subdivision restrictions that require property owners to maintain a neat appearance of their homes and yards, as well as other restrictions that make the neighborhood attractive to visitors and safe for residents.

The cost of membership is $20 per year. If you wish to join, please send a check for $20 for the current year to P.O. Box 703 Ingram, TX 78025.

The HOA officers are volunteers who meet the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 P.M.  Any HOA member is welcome to attend the meetings.  A yearly meeting of all members is held in March and a neighborhood garage sale is held in May.  A list of officers' contact information is located on this website.  The mailing address for the HOA is P.O. Scam Alert

If you receive a letter in the mail with a check enclosed wanting you to participate in a WAL-MART (or any store) Evaluation or Quality Control Study--- DON'T!

DO NOT fall for this...It is another scam.

 The letter that you receive seems legit and the check looks real---however, verification with the bank shows it to be a scam.

The letter you receive is requesting that you cash the check immediately and send the disclosed amount using a Wal-Mart Transfer to an address provided in the letter.

Remember---If it sounds too good to be true it is!

DON'T SEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH TO A SCAMMER!
