The mission of the Greenwood Forest Homeowners' Association is to maintain property values by enforcing subdivision restrictions that require property owners to maintain a neat appearance of their homes and yards, as well as other restrictions that make the neighborhood attractive to visitors and safe for residents.

Our annual meeting was May 19, 2026 from 6-7:30 pm at City West Church. We had a great turnout, answered a lot of questions, and we elected new officers and new board members, as well.
