The mission of the Greenwood Forest Homeowners' Association is to maintain property values by enforcing subdivision restrictions that require property owners to maintain a neat appearance of their homes and yards, as well as other restrictions that make the neighborhood attractive to visitors and safe for residents.

Dear Neighbors,
Our annual meeting is May 19, 2026 from 6-7 pm at City West Church. Please make it as successful as last year! We had our Annual HOA meeting May 6, 2025 at City West Church (3139 Junction Hwy) from 6-7pm. It was quite successful, we had a great turnout, answered a lot of questions, and we elected a new officer and new board members, as well.
