The HOA officers are volunteers who meet the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 P.M. Any HOA member is welcome to attend the meetings. The mission of the Greenwood Forest Homeowners' Association is to maintain property values by enforcing subdivision restrictions that require property owners to maintain a neat appearance of their homes and yards, as well as other restrictions that make the neighborhood attractive to visitors and safe for residents.
